NOT REALLY!!!
We are STILL waiting to hear about our close time
two days after we thought the deed would be done.
My nerves can't take much more of this--esp since
I am caught in box or to not box limbo--
I have all of our clothes set our on our bed,
ready to be put in a box, but I don't know if
we are moving yet so I keep contemplating about
whether or not I should just leave them(obviously
I am joking because at this rate it could
be another week at this point) or put everything
away, just to be put in a box hours, maybe days later---
Same with my bedding, I have cleaned all of our bedding
and now...do I put it on just to take it back off again
for the move(which would mean another wash since they
will be going on the guest bed in the new space)
WHY?? do you ask are we in this waiting game hell?
Well, it all started back when we got approved for our
loan and our loan officer assured us that we would be
able to close--then surprise after surprise requirements
kept coming in from the underwriter until NOW--3 days past
when we were scheduled to close--The property is a condo
and apparently is a special case so now it has nothing to
do with us and everything to do with the property(would have
been helpful to know before we did 3 weeks of remodel, but hey:
it's only $$ right?)
Anyway, Doug is going out of town Monday so if we don't close today
or tomorrow we are out of luck until he gets back in a few weeks.
